Fixed shelving is often the most sensible solution for many applications. It makes better use of vertical space and is inexpensive.  It can be used in conjunction with mobile carriages in order to maximize available space in a given area.

Fixed shelving is available in a variety of standard widths and heights, and can be customized to suit a user's storage needs. In addition to open-shelf filing, fixed shelving is used to store a wide range of products, including negative files, museum collections, industrial goods, books, file boxes, and electronic components. Additionally, specialty shelving is available for storing data cartridges, CD-ROMs, x-ray and film reels, videotapes, etc..

All the shelving systems, such as Tennsco's L & T units, and FEI's cantilever shelving, are available in a variety of tough powder coat finishes.  HPL or fabric-wrapped end panels are also available to match a wide range of contemporary office interiors.
